I consider it was an easy process. First I had to fill out a form and record 5 videos answering questions. After this I did an assessment where I had to match candidates to 3 job positions. Once they reviewed this I moved on to take an interview and after that interview I had a final one. The first interview was about an hour long and the second interview was around 20 min.
