Met with three people from senior management and talked about my past experiences and what I could contribute to the team I was applying for. The interview was panel styled and was mainly focusing on the culture of the company to see if I would be able to fit in.

I applied through TEKsystems for the job. I had one phone interview. Less than three days later, I had the job offered to me. TEKsystems acted as the liaison as far as negotiating salary.
