Was referred to the position, had an interview with a recruiter, and met with Director of engineer, project manager, and business analyst. They were nice and the interview questions were easy (surface level questions about projects and work history, equivalent to what you might get from a recruiter) but it didn't seem like they were asking particularly deep questions/showed real interest in hiring. I dont know how serious the interview was. It also felt like pulling teeth to schedule, like over several days which did not match the initial excitement from the recruiter. Annoying. They ended up ghosting which after 2 interviews is very poor professionalism.
