I was referred by a friend and went straight to the assessment day. Lovely bunch of people and made me feel relaxed. We did 2 group activities and then moved on to a telephone conversation with a 'client'. After that was a one to one interview which only lasted 10 minutes. last I had to complete a 3D wooden puzzle with a partner.
