Long process, initially had a phone screening from HR, then met with different departments with in the business units the position will eventually working with. Had a third day interview with the directors and c level for a behavioral screening. Later that week, i was offered the job

Senior recruiter reached out in regards to interviewing for an opening. Brought in on-site to interview individually with 4 members, ranging from mid to senior level management. Received feedback within the next day for a second round of interviews. Format was the same, but this time consisted of VPs of the various business units. Recruiter reached out within two days with an offer

Entretien
Interview consist of three rounds. The recruiter called and asked the standard questions of interest. Second round consists of one-on-one meeting with managers and the director. The third round also consist of one-on-one meeting.
