The interview was very casual. One of the managers will sit with you and discuss your experience and ask you to tell them about yourself. They don't hire based on knowledge of the energy industry, they hire based on personality more than anything. They are willing to teach you what you need to know, they will ask questions that will tell them about your motivation and sales experience.

The regional director held a phone interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes and covered standard background questions, motivation, and capabilities. With the regional director's recommendation, the SVP determines follow-up, which would include an in-person interview.
