Simple phone screening then in-person interview with manager. They asked lots of questions about career goals and outlook that are not typically asked during a "nursing" interview. Make sure you have questions prepared and also know about the company and your prospective role.

They need a revamp of their process but it was manageable. The interviewer was straight to the point but could have been better with their interactions. They could have been better with their communication style.
