I was located outside of CA. I had basic telephonic non-technical interview. My willingness to relocate to CA for BA/QA training was checked. Being from the desired major, i didn't have to go through interview process, but I am not sure if this is the case for other consultants as well. HR then provided me further instructions about relocation and accomodation.
