There was a preliminary phone interview and an editorial skills test. It's quite clear that the organization was cutting corners by hiring one person to do the work of two people. The phone interview was straightforward with no difficult questions. After the interview I was sent an editorial skills test which I was given 24 hours to complete. The organization took 5 days to get back to me.
