Entretien
The interview process was about two rounds of training. First we were invited to an info orientation to learn more about the company and the positions they were hiring for. Then we were invited to a 1:1 interview with the founder of the company and after completing our background checks we got straight to training!

One thing that stuck out to me was the company founder asked me in our 1:1 how THEY could actually help me as a fellow business owner for my long term personal goals. Definitely not something I’ve been asked before by an employer! They really value and understand how employees help build businesses and want to support us instead of just take advantage of labor
