pretty straight forward. just know your stuff. pane of 5 persons . questions were a lil bit tricky but i think it was ok.
interview lasted for 30 min. one of the panelist was not joking at all

Responded to request for EOI that was posted on website. Contacted a few weeks later with a Request for Proposal, having been shortlisted with three (or four?) other consultants. Request for Proposal included TORs of assignment. Technical and Financial Proposal requested.

Hiring process was basically based on proposal to be submitted (technical and financial). They conducted a background check on education, with past and current employers
