Very easy interview, basic questions about prior related experience and asking how you respond to customers in challenging situations. The people that interviewed me were people who worked as direct supervisors for the positions so they were able to answer any questions I had about the job.

I sat in a cold room where it was filled with computers to take the interview online. They said I would be out in 2 hours. I think it took me 3 hours. I logged onto the computer and took their long interview through answering reading, writing and mathematical questions, as well as how I would handle situations.
