I got an email stating that I was selected to speak with a recruiter for a phone screen. The phone screen happened on time, but the recruiter was not engaged at all. When she introduced herself, she was hasty and didn’t care to ask how I was or if this was a good time to speak. She jumped right into the questions with a very flat tone that made her seem as if she was uninterested in my experience. By the time the call was over, I had a feeling I would t be moving forward with to speak to the hiring manager. The whole conversation just felt very rushed and uncomfortable.
