The interview process was very smooth. The first two rounds were by phone and the second two rounds were via zoom. What I really enjoyed about the interview process was during the last two rounds when my recruiter helped me prepare. I had never experienced an interview process in which I felt a recruiter truly wanted me to be successful. Often times you go into an interview with a lot of nerves and anxiety, but the preparation I was provided with was great in alleviating some of those nerves. I felt prepared and knew regardless of the outcome, I would have performed at my best.

The interview process was well-structured. I made it far, but they ended up going with another candidate. I was appreciative of a follow-up discussion on interview feedback. Not too many companies do that.

I appreciated the in-depth interview experience and transparency of all team members. I was notified every step of the way. It is a longer interview process but worth it to ensure that you understand the culture and job role at Affirm. So excited to start! Allison was an amazing recruiter to work with and went above and beyond to keep me updated.

Entretien
My phone interview was rescheduled three times on the same day. Even though I gave the recruiter the courtesy of of my time, I was not given the same. The interview was rushed, and I was being talked over. The phone interview lasted under 15 mins.
