J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Affirm en sept. 2020
Entretien
Phone screen with recruiter, hiring manager call, take home assignment, virtual onsite with presentation followed by 1:1 interviews with 6 individuals.
Generally a good experience until my virtual onsite. One interviewer said, "You have a long break in your resume - shouldn't you have graduated with a job lined up?" I understand she wanted me to explain my period of unemployment, but I felt it could have been phrased more tactfully. She then mentioned how I don't have the experience so she doesn't understand how I could perform on this job. I felt really discouraged after that.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Phone Screen: Tell me about yourself, why affirm, why this position
Hiring Manager: Behavioral ("Tell me about a time...")
Final: More case like with a sprinkling of behavioral
Honestly, the best interview experience I've ever had. Although you may be scheduled to do multiple interviews they are super transparent with the process and everyone is super polite, helpful, and very enthusiastic. Starts with a few questions over the phone to see if you qualify for interviews. Then scheduled to do a couple zoom interviews depending on your position.

What are doing to develop your growth (something along those lines)

Thorough interview process. Great communication until the end when I was ghosted. Interviewers trained well and they care about D&I, but it's a lot of work and time to go through if you're ultimately not hired.
