Awesome experience end to end. I reached out to the hiring manager via LinkedIn, as she had posted about the roles on LinkedIn, and they showed up on my newsfeed. She let me know the recruiter would follow up with me shortly, which he did. The recruiter (Jason) did a great job of listening to, and understanding my experience. He definitely has a high EQ. A few days later, I had a 30 minute chat with the hiring manager. Next week, final interview panel with 5 members of the team (a. few were cross functional partners). Very relevant questions were asked, and the passion for Affirm and people shone through by all interviewers. I was given a verbal offer within just 1.5 hours of finishing my interview. Can't wait to start!
