Recruiter reached out to me and we had ~30min phone screen. After that was a phone interview. Would have to say overall that I have mixed feelings (but overall positive) about Affirm after the interview process. I was pretty excited about Affirm and had a lot of questions for the engineer. When our phone call time was up he gave me his email and told me to feel free to send him any other questions I had. I spent a good amount of time writing up the email with my last two questions but he never responded. Then the next business day I was rejected. I just wish he could at least respond or provide a bit more transparency because this situation left me feeling a bit awkward..
