I applied for the CSM position on their website and received an email about a week later. I had two phone interviews and was invited to come onsite for a four-hour interview with some of the other team members, as well as the department head. The interviews were fine until I met with the VP. She was 10 minutes late and when she came in, seemed completely uninterested in meeting with me, or as though she had already made up her mind that I was not a good fit for the job. The only time she seemed to perk up is when I asked her about her own background.
Job interviews are a two-way street, and I believe that interviewers need to sell themselves and company as well. This person's energy felt very negative and didn't make me feel comfortable, which was really offputting. Everyone else was nice so hopefully this was a one-off situation. Unfortunately, it made the entire experience negative.

Interviews and presentation. Lots of data analysis and they make you send a digital copy of your presentation, even after you've presented to take your anlaysis and insights without paying you. I felt used after this interview.

The HR reps were delightful but the take home project truly felt as though it was setting candidates up to fail. It was near impossible to make sense of what they were looking for.

Question 1
They provided rows and rows of data and a brief statement that they (hypothetically) we’re not getting terrific feedback (paraphrasing here), with the data, they wanted to know what the problems were and how to resolve them. The data however, in my opinion, was noisy and incomplete and felt like a bit of a set up.
