I had a really positive experience interviewing and applying at Affirm. Everyone I met was prepared, on-time, professional, and thoughtful. Each person had reviewed my information and had relevant, specific questions. The energy was really positive and strong, and all of these factors left me with a very positive impression. I primarily worked with a recruiter from Affirm, and she was organized and easy to work with. Altogether, it took a couple of weeks, and the process was very smooth. Throughout the process, the recruiter was very open and transparent, giving me feedback and preparing me for what to expect in different interviews. When I went on-site, I met with a number of people on the Merchant Success team, and I felt like it provided me and them with a comprehensive way to meet / understand each other. The interviews were challenging, but I felt like they were appropriate questions.
