Applied to the position. First interviewed with a recruiter who then scheduled a meeting with the sales director. Interviewed well with the director and had constant stream of communication and were in the process of scheduling an in person interview at their offices in San Diego when all communication suddenly ceased. After several days, I was able to get a message back from the recruiter who said that I would hear back shortly, but no more communication was given for over another few weeks, until I was told they were closing the position.

recieved a call from VP of Sales,had seen resume on line and wanted to talk.Spoke for an hour and wanted followup phone interview following week.Spoke following week for good hour plus and wanted me to phone interview with several regional managers. Ended up speaking with 3 different Regional Managers each phone interview about an hour this process took 30-45 days.Spoke several more times with VP of Sales and finally VP flew to meet with me for face to face interview over dinner.Interview was approx 2 and half hour with result that they would fly me to Corp headquarters in several weeks for final interview process.Several weeks later flew to Ca. on Sunday and on Monday had interviews with 12 people,Interviews started at 10am with 3 people,then 4 people and another group of 4,final interview with head of HR.4 of the people were the 3 regional mgrsand vp of sales and it was like I had never spoken with them.Very redundant and painful process I have ever been put thru.Have been thru some extensive interviews with 5-6 people in the past but nothing like this.Left the headquarters with my head spinning and wondering if I really wanted the job if it was offered.Several hours later learned I was not being offered the position.
