I was reached out to by the HR person who filled me in on the company culture, asked a few situational questions based around team building and process improvements. I was then selected for a 2nd round interview with the service desk manager and IT director. It was not a super technical interview; they were mostly concerned about finding the right fit personality-wise. I enjoyed chatting with them. It felt like a casual interview, not too serious.
