Process mainly consist of 4-5 rounds and if got cleared you will get ghosted at last round. I dont why ghosting is becoming a culture.If the position was filled or hiring was frozen, being transparent with candidates would have shown professionalism and respect for their time.Otherwise i had hope from the organisation and felt a good work culture .

Applied for the role through Linked In. The process consisted of an Initial online coding assessment and Three further technical rounds. The first round tested my coding and system design knowledge. The questions in the second round was related projects I had handled in the past and ml knowledge. The third managerial round was quite technical too and I didn't manage to get beyond that
