Interview was nice and smooth.good interviewer.aaked me questions related to my experience,study ,my family,my future plans,about my role in their organisation.etc.they were happy with my answers.the hr was very friendly and nice. Made me feel comfortable

HR interview , chat round will also be done where your typing speed should be measured , if you have 30 word per minute then its good chance to clear that round . then versant round where you will be tested how quick you can catch a voice and answer that . you have to write what you just listened. then final Client round and you are hired

Just go there speak little bit confident and give answers of questions like why you want to be in this industry and how long you think to stick with this organization or most important they ask ready for bond!! which is just a googly because no BPO industry is going for bond my guess as Aegis don't do that, it s just tricky question to judge your credibility towards job
