Walkin interview, 2 hr rounds, 1 telephonic round, final round with senior hr or team leader or departmental manager and after clearing all this round they will give you the offer letter and for joining they will call you after few days, meanwhile after preparing a batch of selected candidates they will call you to come on this date with your documents.

Entretien
The process took 4 hours. Typing test. English and math test. Group iv. One on one iv. The english n math test was not hard. But was not easy either. Average. Group iv was only introducing urself and ur background. One on one iv was more in depth about customer service. Probably a role play

Entretien
There were 6 of them for my Final Interview and prior to that there were 3 interviews and a Computer tests and IQ tests. There was a Call Simulation after the Final Int. and immediately I already was told of the positive result. i was hired!
