Tell me about a time you managed something with little to no oversight.
Online interview with Human Resources based in the Head Quarters of the company. The interview was held in English and online via team. The main purpose of the interview was asking for relevant experience, soft skills and salary expectations
El proceso de entrevistas en Adyen fue muy estructurado y profesional. Las entrevistas se centraron tanto en la parte técnica (conocimiento de compliance, KYC/AML y casos prácticos) como en la parte cultural, ya que valoran mucho el encaje con sus principios y la forma de pensar del candidato.
Role and interviews seemed straight forward but was not at all good. There was three rounds of interviews and at the end a case interview and if you made it past that more interviews with managers. The case interview was so bland and easy but very misleading because then they ghost people.
