The first round is behavioural chat, cultural fit, motivation 30min with 2 senior members.
Second round is a hackerank link (online assignment) with 5 questions including 2 coding and 3 SQL questions.
After passing the hackrand problem solving, I received the invite for technical interview with 2 senior engineers, discussing the in-depth tech questions regarding to the assignment.
The next round is a system design interview with 2 engineers. The system design is payment related system.
Next round is for team matching with 2 hiring managers/team leads. They asked experiences regarding to conflicts, oncall, deployment, working style, past projects and collaboration questions.

I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.

Pretty standard in tech company in NL. This what was the recruiter told me:
- Apply through job portal
- Recruiter call
- Tech interviews
- Offer
I failed after some interviews and no feedback despite asking
Eliminated at Recruiter screening, apparently I did not answer what the recruiter wanted to hear exactly, they come with a script that they read and I suppose your answer is also written in the script, fail to say the keywords and they elimnate you.
Recruiter clearly was on a rush and did not even explain next steps properly.
