I wouldn't recommend applying to Adyen.
From the start, there was no initial HR call, and the recruiter never responded to my emails or questions, which I found quite odd.
I only received standard emails with invitations to the next meetings. The first call was with two frontend engineers, who were friendly and asked about my past experience.
However, the second step-a 1.5-hour coding assignment-was particularly confusing. One of the projects wouldn't compile, so I had to spend extra time trying to get it to work, leaving me with no opportunity to debug properly. Another task required a solution in non-frontend technology instead of JavaScript, which I had to figure out on my own under time pressure. I mentioned these issues to the recruiter and the interviewers during the third interview, but they didn't even address why the assignment contained such confusing tasks.
The third round was a live coding interview based on the code assignment. After it I got a quite harsh feedback. They even mentioned that I didn't do proper indentations during the live coding interview.

Easy going. Pleasant. Very open and straightforward about the process and what to expect. The recruiter was very friendly. Every step was explained. I didn’t accept the offer but I would consider applying again in the future

Passed first round of HR interview, very nice talk and informative. Second round was with 2 engineers, asked general questions about working environment and got discarded in an email after the process mentioning I looked nervous.
