They want to make sure that you are a great fit so it’s a lengthy but positive interview process. I didn’t make it to the final interview. I did 4 interviews before I was notified that I didn’t get it. The recruiter/hr called and let me know that I wasn’t chosen to move forward. It was refreshing to see that they value everyone’s time during the process. I can tell this is a great company to work for!

I completed four steps in the process, and overall, it was a very smooth and positive experience. The teams and individuals I interacted with were truly impressive, professional, and welcoming. One area of concern, however, was the decision making structure. It appeared that the hiring decision was influenced by a large group of stakeholders rather than primarily by the hiring manager. This may lead to situations where strong interviews throughout the process are overshadowed if one person isn’t fully aligned, potentially altering outcomes. A more streamlined or clearly defined decision process could help improve finding the right candidate.
