I applied online. After 2 weeks I received an invitation of an in-house event. The event was well-organized and we did a case study about fraudulent transactions. After the event we had a drink with the stuff and we took this opportunity to ask the stuff of HR department some questions. Turned out they know nothing. It is outsourced to a third party, they know nothing about the recruitment procedure. They promised to send an email to explain everything the next day, but I received an email one week later, saying if I enjoyed the in-house day I should checkout their website and apply for a job. But I already did! Several days later I received another email that rejected me, because they don't think I'm a match. They could have told me that before inviting me to the event. Extremely inefficient and unprofessional. A total waste of time.
