Interview process was well-structured initially, and the HR conversation created strong expectations around fit and progression.
However, after the second interview, the process ended with a standard rejection email and no personalized feedback, even after a follow-up request.
While I understand that companies cannot always provide detailed feedback, greater transparency and consistency between early-stage messaging and final communication would improve the candidate experience.
About five rounds of virtual / face-to-face interviews with, recruiter, team leads, head of account management, up to c level. Very focused on cultural fit. Mixture of behavioural questions and presentation
