The interview was a site visit with a group of applicants. I had an interview with two hiring managers. Before the interview there was a written assessment to assess thinking skills the submission of the assessment was also timed. During the interview there was also scenario questions relating to the job.

I applied online to a different position and received an email a few days later asking me to apply for the Research Associate position instead. After applying, I received another email asking for my availability for a phone interview with a recruiter about two days later. The interview was pretty straight forward and lasted about a half hour. The recruiter was very nice and supportive, and asked typical questions, and left about half of the interview for my questions.
