Telephone interview which was based around my skills and relevant work experience then onto the second stage, video interview which involved competency based questions. They emailed both times to let me know of available dates and times.

The stages are in 3 sections. The telephone interview, the competency based interview and an assessment. The telephone interview and the competency based interview was quite easy and not difficult at all
