Talked to the IT team (2 guys) for approx. 1h, mostly basic stuff, questions about coding, some 'gotcha' questions. There was an assignment (design - and code - an ad banner server). They told me there would be another round of interviews, in case the assessment was positive. I decided not to go further, as I got a better offer before submitting the assignment.
