very pleasant interview. I had to complete a few computer learning classes and testing. Compliance classes, went over handbook issues. Trained by another CNA FOR 3-5 days before I was on floor alone. Then trained with a Rn for 3 days also.

interviewed on zoom during COVID, it was a relaxed interview with the nurse manager of the department and they asked me the normal interview questions such as - why I see myself working there, what my future goals are, how I resonate with the values of the organization

Met with Director, Manager and Charge nurse. Answered series of questions about case examples and my own experience, reason for choosing nursing. Very friendly and professional interviewers. Had the opportunity to ask questions as well.

Was a very positive overall experience. I met with nurse manager as well as the talent recruiter. They both are very happy , nice, and passionate people looking for the best to be out on their hospital floors. I love my current manager. Whenever I need anything she is a text away and she is always willing to answer any requests that I have.
