It was an easy to use online system. You read a question, have 30 seconds to prepare, and 3 minutes to record your answer for the question. It was my first interview so I was personally nervous but the questions are simple and straightforward. There was one question where they asked to give an example.

Scheduled a microsoft teams virtual interview. Got Interviewed by unit manager and another senior nurse, asked situational nursing questions. also, got told at the end that I got the Job.

I had a call with the recruiter first. Then I had a panel interview in person with 3 people. It was the director, nurse manager, and a nurse on the unit.

The interview process was straightforward, expectations were set and scheduling questions were asked. Not much too it, the manager was kind. Scheduling for PRN was 2 days a week per manager but hospital required 1 shift every week or 4 shifts in 4 weeks
