1st interview 30 min conversation with one person who was fairly junior. It was a fairly informal back and forth chat. Feedback about the market sizing question was given straight away. The interviewer then answered some of my questions about company culture and structure.

There is a 30 minute screening interview with VP or manager. They contact references, then you have two case interviews. The screening was really straightforward, friendly, and clearly in service of the job.
