Two weeks after applying via Linkedin, I was contacted by the HR Operations Assistant to schedule an interview with the Global Marketing Communications Director. We scheduled a videocall interview soon thereafter. It seemed as if they would have offered a regular contract under Greek law. The requirements of the position according to the job ad on Linkedin were very advanced and essentially required a senior with several years of experience. In fact, the Director would require the new hire (and report of hers) to be independent. However my impression was that they wanted to pay a very junior salary. Once I was asked what my salary expectations were, they stopped answering any further questions of mine and said that they would let me know via e-mail. We concluded the call earlier than planned and they ghosted me, never sending any e-mail.
