I was initially contacted via text and asked to take an assessment. I was then emailed two assessments and asked to complete them right away. After taking 45 minutes to complete both assessments, I was informed by an HR representative there was an internal candidate.

The best interview process i have ever been a part of. Not only do you have to speak with the head of the company, you are asked to complete a mock task to ensure you know qhat you are doing. Great people who care about their team.
