J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Advantmed (Guaynabo, PR) en janv. 2015

      Entretien

It was a phone interview with the Hiring Manager then a phone interview with whom would be your manager along with her supervisor. It is possible that the call center manager may pop-in on the call. They may also have someone from another department on the call to ask you relevant questions. A lot of what would you do if..... nothing hard, really.

      Question 1

One of the things they ask was a two life stories where you help someone with a problem, one with a successful outcome and the other with a less successful outcome.

Easy, but allot of confusion on starting dates, and who I talked to last, etc. Allot of telephone tag, and told such-and-such will call you back, and then that person didn't know - they thought a different person was supposed to call.. and then they didn't know if the hourly was going to be 10.50 an hour or 11.00 an hour yet- said they were waiting to know what co will decide ( everyone starts same $). Was hoping it was 11.00 which I thought 11 was already way to low( Was 10.50). I learned, it's remote after training in Santa Ana, CA from 8-5 for first week, then work from home the second week, then back at SA office for third week- (2 weeks in office) the rest was remote. The men I talked to by telephone were confusing as I thought they sounded the same-learned later, it was because they were young men and in India. I seriously thought I was actually speaking to the same person using different names, telling me someone else will call me back. The low pay , the run -around, and start day change( start day ended up later) should have turned me off, but the job sounded pretty straightforward, and when I could actually have a full conversation with someone on phone- they were nice, easygoing, and didn't hound me with the annoying needless, interview questions- just -to- try-and throw me off..so, I was intrigued..even if I thought it might be to good to be true(remote/ no in person interview) and easiness of position described in interview, and.. Especially after reading all the horrible reviews, here, beforehand! Oh, I should add it was difficult for me to understand the Indian accents by phone, and remember all the Indian names I spoke to. Funny, how you get used to the accent and understand it the more you hear it.
