They don’t respect your time and value. I asked 40% hike(bit negotiable) on my current CTC and they offered me 14% lower than my current CTC. Simply if they can’t afford to offer, they shouldn’t ask for someone to appear for interview. Also they don’t value your time. I took proper appointment for interview but then also they kept me waiting. I had to resume my office after the interview but then also they acted in so unprofessional manner.
