Very simple, direct, and easy. Not a ton of layering in the interview process and only talked with the Creative Director and the Executive Creative Director. Asked the basic questions, where did you work before, strengths, weaknesses, how you work, etc.

Set up a phone interview via email and a calendar app. The recruiter who works for the company called me. She was very nice and professional and gave me a lot of information about the team and job and then asked a few questions. It felt like they were truly trying to find the right fit and not waste anyone's time.
