Came out of the ACE program. 7 months into the program I started interviewing for new postitions within the company. Had a Skype interview with the Bentonville office followed by 2 phone interview

Entretien
First you must fill out the online application, then if it makes it past the screening you will be contacted by a recruiter. They will conduct a preliminary phone screening and pass the results along to a hiring manager. The hiring manger will call and set up an interview. There will be either one or 2 interviews. After this you should hear back about the decision. The most dificult part of the process in the I-9 because most jobs are remote to offices you must complete you I-9 and return to HR before you can be hired. If you do not have experience with I-9s it can be very difficult to complete as you need to get it notarized.

The bulk of the interview questions are behavior based. Be prepared with lots of example to back up. For instance, Give me an example of a time when you have to make a critcal decision without input from others, what was the decsions process and how did you come to it? The purpose of this question is to see if you can make critical decisions and do it free from support.

Entretien
This was an internal hire for a Business Development Specialist position. I have 1.5 years experience with the company and have had other roles such as a Business Account Administrator and Leadership Development Associate, under the "Accelerated Career Experience" (ACE) Training Program. I conducted a video interview as well as a phone interview, since location was an obstacle.
