Submitted resume. Received phone call for interview within one week. Had 2 interviews and was offered the position. My first interview was one to one. Explanation of the job and i shared my experience and what I could add of value to the company. The second interview was with another manager and sales supervisor. It was a very comfortable experience and open conversation. It was important to the interviewer that i was comfortable as well as the employer with me. It was a very professional and good experience.

There was an initial 15 minute video interview to go over the basic job requirements: pay, mileage reimbursement, and general territory overview. They didn't really ask me any questions, other than if I was willing to sell and not just be a merchandiser.
