The HR Caroline approached me through linkedin, on 2nd round had a great conversation with C-Level CRO, the CRO was professional with Global view, in the process I share a draft presentation and personal connections which has potential to contribute >USD$15m revenue for the company, but on 3rd round was declined by their Head of Business Development, he is very subjective.
After the interview HR gave the reason why they didn’t deice to proceed further, the reason was I was not proactive enough and without research ability, which is contradict to the feedback from the CRO.
Also, during 3rd meeting HBD didn’t get the chance to review my presentation, which means the support material was not pass on to him, feel there is communication inconsistence in the company, and may cause issue for hire true talent.
Overall, the process was not handled very professionally, the HR has provided a time best to reach her for feedback of the interview but ditched me several times, my number was blocked to returned her call, but manage to reach her successfully using Skype, urge to give a 2nd thought before the culture changed.
