1.) Pre-screening call with HR manager, asking for goals, objectives with the role, and overall feel on the fit. 2.) Interview with hiring manager and colleague, was asked behavioral questions, basic navigation industry principles and overall interest in the company. 3.) Final interview with director, where he shared higher-level goals, type of mindset ideal for the role, and asked about my experience.

A series of structured interviews covering technical, business and problem-solving, This allowed me to highlight my strengths but also allowed for a wider understanding of the role within the company, and the areas of expertise necessary for me to contribute successfully and effectively. The interviewers were knowledgeable across their interview specialties, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
