It was smooth, a phone screening and two video meetings. They asked me questions about my background and my management experience. It is too good to be true. Later I found out it is MLM company doing door to door sales. But no details were disclosed during the interview.

And truthfully from the other reviews (thanks to them) this position is not as described. Advanced Axis requires participation in its entry level role which is $2000 a month base pay with the opportunity for commission. However it is one or the other, you get whichever is higher. (information directly from interview) This role is in person ONLY and requires 6 days a week with an 11-8 schedule. I was also informed that the opportunity for promotion in the company is entirely based on performance and meeting the stage timeline goals. So overall the timeline from entry level to branch manager can be as little as 8-10 months which does not inspire any confidence whatsoever.
