The original call that I received was from a very pleasant recruiting consultant, I was told that the position that I had originally applied for (Office Coordinator) may not be enough of a challenge for me and that maybe I should apply for the PSA position. We made an appointment for a phone interview with a manager at the company. The initial call was dropped, I think because I was in a bad cell area and she was wearing a headset. That seemed to get things off on the wrong foot. All of the questions were pretty standard fare. Walk me through your resume. Why are you interested in this company and this field? It was a tone of voice thing that made me very uncomfortable.

There was only one interview and days later I was offered the job. It consisted of a conversation with the two senior people in the office. Essentially one played the nice one and one threw out the tough questions. They focus a lot on your working style as the office is small and group dynamics are important.
