Entretien
It was a typical interview process. I was there with several other candidates interviewing with several finance executives through a rotation over four or five hours. My sense is Finance leadership is so new and very busy they are still trying to figure out their resourcing needs. The interview process seemed more like a fishing expedition to see what's in the local talent pool rather than asking probing questions of the candidates, to see if someone is the right fit for a job.
