Sat down with the GM and was asked basic questions regarding automotive parts. And was asked how I would respond to certain situations with customers, and how to resolve certain situations.

Applied online, they called back a few weeks later to set up an interview. Very simple questions, they clearly have a revolving door internally. Manager was incredibly friendly though. They’re very open about what the job entails.

Applied online, received an email for an in person interview within one week. Was hired on the spot. Depending on store location, you may have to go through 2 interviews; one at a larger store and the second at the store for which you will actually work.

Question 1
Typical questions such as "Describe a time you overcame an obstacle / solved a problem". Very easy and straightforward, nothing in particular about your automotive knowledge - although im sure if you have that on your resume you may be asked about it.
