As an internal candidate, I would have expected fewer behavioral type questions. Given my very good recent, excellent performance in other parts of the business, these seemed to carry more wait than real life work environment. It was not an impressive environment and while the process went smoothly, there was little in the way of their follow up. Overall, I would rank this as a C-. Not being sour grapes because there was no offer, but after flying in, it would seem more of a final approval then to come away with Luke warm vibes. I guess things work out for the best anyway.
